We are very pleased to see a NeuroMat research published in PloS ONE, on January 14, 2014. The authors include Cláudia D. Vargas and Daniel Fraiman, respectively a NeuroMat principal and associate investigator.

The citation reference is: Fraiman D, Saunier G, Martins EF, Vargas CD (2014) Biological Motion Coding in the Brain: Analysis of Visually Driven EEG Functional Networks. PLoS ONE 9(1): e84612. doi:10.1371/journal.pone.0084612. The piece may be read at:

This article is the second to be published within the framework of NeuroMat. The first one was “Infinite Systems of Interacting Chains with Memory of Variable Length—A Stochastic Model for Biological Neural Nets,” by NeuroMat investigators Antonio Galves (principal) and Eva Löcherbach (associate), at the Journal of Statistical Physics, 5:896-921, in June 2013.
